OME Drilling
OME Drilling is primarily a specialist drilling company with the experience where opportunities present to locate, evaluate and manage drilling programs throughout Australia. While the size of these projects do vary, opportunities have existed for us to complete drilling programs for larger clients through to small owner-miner operations.
January 2006 saw OME Drilling taking a strategic change of direction by securing a large drilling program within the Charters Towers district with a major Mining Operation. The drilling program was a multi-rig operation containing both Diamond and RC Drilling. Our staff were well equipped to deal with the difficult and demanding ground conditions.
More recently our operations have expanded into Western Australia, completing specialist drilling programs including Tantalum, Copper and Iron Ore. We have gained extensive experience with differing ground conditions and also operate efficiently in various terrains.
We believe we have an edge in the industry due to our close association with a group providing specific ground drill bits. We are able to order bits to suit specific ground conditions whatever they might be.
